Cognitive autonomous systems (CAs) will play an increasingly important role in our society in the future. An optimal interaction of perception, interpretation and independent reaction of such systems is crucial for coping with challenging requirements.
The transfer of algorithms from the research field of artificial intelligence (AI) into autonomous mobile robots and industrial processes is the field of activity of the KAS research group.
With the help of methods for seamless navigation indoors and outdoors, object recognition and environment detection, as well as sensor processing and data fusion, novel solutions are realised on behalf of customers.
Through the use of our own methods, many years of expertise and extensive equipment, algorithms, sensor systems and complex robot systems can be considered from conception to implementation and validation under real conditions.
